Tell us a little about yourselves : We met online last year, Alex living in Whangarei at the time and me living in Auckland. He drove down (2hrs) to take me on our first date which lasted 5+hrs. We just found we loved talking and laughing together and before we knew it, hours had passed.
I Cass, work for a church and do Admin/Communications and i also work as a youth worker for 10hrs a week. Plus i am studying part time to be a counsellor.
Alex has just changed jobs and is working for a landscape company that does things in civil engineering. We both love coffee, dogs, walks and a great brunch. We are looking forward to getting to travel together. We love cooking and trying new recipes, Alex is the master of dinners whilst i am more the dessert maker (basically we balance each other out).

How would you describe your wedding day?: Our wedding day is a sweet relaxed country affair. We both are funny/playful people so our wedding day will be full of lots of laughs and hopefully has a go with the flow feel to it. Alex is Scottish, but was born here, so he and all the groomsmen are wearing kilts. My bridesmaids are wearing different coloured dresses in orange/pink. Basically it's a bit of fun. We have all our families coming, some from overseas, so being able to say I do in front of them is really important to us.
